DRUG RESISTANT TB: Kenyans at risk

Commuters in different parts of Kenya may be exposed to Tuberculosis infections - including drug resistant strains - due to a failure to isolate highly infectious patients. The recent diagnosis of an Extensively Drug Resistant TB case adding to over 400 known cases of Multidrug Resistant ones brings the poor state of health infrastructure into focus.
